the staff was helpful and affable and gave me recommendations. it had very central location close to a roofed indoor mall. the area was very nice adjacent to train and bus stations, the center and the hannover central train station.

Chur, the location is sweet as, just a hop from the train station! But the room felt a bit cramped and I could've done with more power outlets. All good otherwise.

On the flip side, expect a scavenger hunt for amenities. My room lacked even a shelf for clothes, and the door situation reminded me of a magic trick-good luck getting in without heading to Novotel first. Breakfast is another quest. You won't find it here unless you're trekking over to that sister hotel.

Parking assistance was confusing!!! If I hadn't ended up in the wrong car park, I wouldn't have paid 25 euros. Shower, toilet, and sink separated felt impractical, one bathroom setup would be smarter!!! Limited power outlets made working a hassle!!!

The room was big and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk from the main train station and near lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and always there to help. The WiFi connection was excellent. I'll definitely come back!
